Complete the Risk Reduction

Program in Georgia

Attend the Risk Reduction/DUI classes in Georgia as part of our risk reduction program. Certified by the DDS, we hold classes half a day twice a month. Georgia State law requires you to attend a DUI school and complete a risk reduction program If you have been charged with any of the following, so your driver’s license can be reinstated:
  • DUI
  • Drug Possession
  • Other drug offenses
  • Underage possession of drugs or alcohol

About the Program

The program will require you to take an initial assessment of 130 questions about you and your lifestyle. This can be completed in approximately 10-15 minutes and costs $100.00 (the fee is set by state law). It can be taken at any time during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you are unable to take the assessment during the specified hours, please contact our office to schedule a day and time that is convenient for you. The assessment must be completed prior to enrolling in our 20-hour course.

The 20-hour Course

Once you have completed our assessment, you must attend our 20-hour classroom-based course, the Risk Reduction/DUI Program, which costs $255.00 and must be paid before the first day of class. We offer the Risk Reduction/DUI program every other week under the following schedules:
  • Saturday ------ 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (with a one-hour lunch from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm)
  • Sunday -------- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (with a one-hour lunch from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm)
  • Monday -------- 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The course must be completed in the exact order as listed above. Holiday schedules may vary, so please contact us for clarification.

General Course Guidelines

  • A Certificate of Completion will be provided upon completion of the class on Monday night.
  • DDS rules and regulations forbid late entry to any session of the course, so we ask our participants to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early.
  • The total fees of the Risk Reduction/DUI program are $360.00. ($100.00 assessment fee + $260.00 class and book fees). The class and book fees ($260.00) should be paid before the first day of class.
